I decided to have a planned end to the streak at 133 days after wrapping up a 70 mile week.

My decision on what day to break the streak was in tribute to my co-worker who died from lymphoma last year on August 9th. 

I hope the streaking mentality has accomplished my goal:  to run prudently enough to run one more day of the streak, every single day.
