    So I decided yesterday to scrap the whole "LHR training" thing. I did it for a week and a half but I have to say I just didnt ENJOY running as much when I have to concentrate on listening for beeps, checking my watch, slowing down (or speeding up), etc... so I went out for a run with my running club this morning - it was hill workout day. It was really tough. I feel like I have lost a lot of fitness since the marathon. Part of it I am sure is from the sheets of ice on the road and the slipping, but my quads, hamstrings and left ankle hurt right now.
