Ok I have a few possibly dumb questions:
What day are we supposed to post our miles for the week?
Also, can we update it? For example, let's say I do it today and put in my mileage so far this week, and then run again tomorrow. Let's say I ran 10 miles up until today and put it on the site, and then run 5 more tomorrow. Can I then update it to 15?

Most people use either a Sun-Sat or Mon-Sun week. I think the majority post just once a week after their last run. You can update your weekly total any time before Susan (aplodder) posts the weekly results which is usually some time on Thursday following the end of the week.
