Last week pretty much sucked. I pretty much had to run between thunderstorms, the humidity was killer and my miles for the week were pretty bad.

Hoping to rebound this week and will be shooting for about 33 miles with a 10 mile long run and bumping up to running 6 days.

Yeah, this weather both sucks and blows. I'm not minding the temps (70s, for the most part) as much as the 85+% humidity. Even with heavy duty asthma meds I am struggling to breathe. Dead

Did you get tons of rain this past weekend? We had over 6 inches in Sussex (that's where I am) and some areas nearby had 9 inches on Saturday and Sunday. There is standing water everywhere and the mosquitos are going to be the size of sparrows in a couple of weeks.

Yeah...an area an hour South of us has had about a half foot in the last couple of days. I think we've had 3-4". It's such a mess...and the humidity--yech. Dead
