don't forget to ice following foam rolling to decrease the inflammation and then sit in the whirl pool if you have access to one.. ice is your friend!! (for the knee, too!) good luck, hun.. hang in there  |

Yeah, I like ice...especially during this weather in a house with no A/C.  |
