    1-3-2013 Temp was -3 and I ran 4 miles.

     

    1-19-2013 I ran 2.5 miles in 0 degrees.

     

    1-23-2013 5 miles this morning at -2 gives me 7 points today

     

    1-24-2013 2 miles in -7 degrees
