	I just started using Flotrackr fo my running logs (I double up with Excel too) and now I'm trying this out too. At first, I think I like Flotrackr better but I might triple up here too I don't know....we'll see haha.

	yeah, they each have thier + and -. I kind of like the format here. Info is easy to get to and useful.
