2010 Goals
Succesful pacing jobs at Shamrock (3:20)...
VTU 100 Ultramarathon - finish
at least 250 miles/mo., 3000+ miles for the year

Thanks Danny!! Now it's time for retirement lol j/k I tell you in my wildest dreams I would have NEVER EVER imagined that I would run 1,000 miles a year let alone 3,000 (before I started running). Now it's your turn!
