I just saw that there's a new March marathon and half in NE Penna. It's called the Masthope and it's by Hawley, near Woodloch.
I couldn't find any other info on it except for an entry blank on the NEPARunner site.
So I'm thinking it sounds interesting.
The Mathope does seem interesting. I couldn't find much about it either. I will need to think about this one at least the half anyway. Doing a winter series in Bucks like last year and last year decided to train for spring marathon mid WS. Ended up overtraining and down for a month. Then screwed up a couple months later and missed Steamtown.
But half mary would not be an issue...definitely something to look into...

I just found out that I've made it from the wait list to the entrant list on the 4/28 CAT-100. So, no Masthope for me this year. I should probably start training some more now, though.
I think Masthope is on same day as BCCR WS Dinner...so probably not me either.
