You just have to stay like a half mile ahead of me in weekly mileage
! I may have to get out twice today! All kidding aside it's good to see you getting some miles in. Take care of yourself man.

Yeah, I felt pretty good this week. I wanted to be at 60, but I don't want to run in all this snow so I'll probably take Saturday off, plus today I did ANOTHER progression run; this time with Mike May and we all know he can really lay the hammer down. The numbers weren't there. Our last mile was only 6:40, but running into the wind on a slippery snowy surface increases the effort level so much. I'd say the effort was somewhere in the high 5 minute range. I am getting back into my pre-injury shape so I am happy. Good luck in your training.

Yeah it's good to hear you are getting back so quickly. Just be careful and keep progressing. I wussed out saturday morning with my tempo run. It was wicked icey down in Lancaster County. I just threw in the towel on that one.
