You are encouraged to participate as much as possible. Summer training will help you achieve your running goals, and it will also be a fun, social experience. We’ll do our longer and more demanding workouts together, which always makes them more achievable. Earn your 200/300 Mile Club T-shirt by reaching your summer target goal.

Our athletes are also encouraged to participate in the Summer BFS program, which meets M-W-F mornings at the high school. Register for this program through Community Education.
