Sounds fun.  I love a hilly run.  My favorite running T says "It's a hill.  Get over it!"  Unfortunately got some bad news about my hip injury.  Have to see what doc says.  Ran a great 10.6 yesterday.  Hard to believe I have a  small labrum tear, small tendon tear and stress sign in femoral neck.  Phooey!

that does not sound like a promising injury.  Best of luck, and keep us posted.

I picked up my report and it isn't as bad as I heard.  My labrum is "frayed" with no distinct tear.  Yeah!  No surgery.  I am going to follow doctor's orders, as soon as I get them.

Thanks for the vote of confidence.  I'm getting there.

              Me and pacer Blake

Whew, Finished on almost no training from a bad and not yet resolved hip injury. Ran with Rob RNWalker for the first 9 miles. Thanks Rob.

Went 1:49:43 for my first 13.1 race.  what a blast. I will write in my log later after I check the site splits and confirm the finish time

Hope everyone had a good time. I'm feelin' the pain now but I'll take it. Probably 6-8 weeks off running for me. Then I hope to build to NYC in Nov.
