Just thought I would do one post with all of the elevations for courses in the area that I have seen. Most of these races are in the fall but we can slowly start to build up some of the spring ones also.

Yes I have run all of these races in the last 3 years. I think I did all but 3 of them last year alone. Yes, I know, I have a running addiction! I plan on doing about 10-15 more races this year!

Yea Jason really is a cute and fast 4 year old! He gets his good looks from his mom though!

Hi JDF!
Thanks for the elevations! It is very handy to have them already prepared and in one place. The Run for the Roses elevations caught me by surprise.
I would like to avoid that in future races! It was good to see y'all at the Wake Med Distance Festival.
I missed the Raleigh Runners Forum on CR. Thanks for the head's up about RunningAhead!
