Most of these races are in the fall but we can slowly start to build up some of the spring ones also. 	Hi JDF! Thanks for the elevations! It is very handy to have them already prepared and in one place. The Run for the Roses elevations caught me by surprise. I would like to avoid that in future races! It was good to see y'all at the Wake Med Distance Festival. I missed the Raleigh Runners Forum on CR. Thanks for the head's up about RunningAhead!
