I just ran the AMerican Tobacco trail for the first time today. It was a nice trail to run on. Mostly shaded. My only request would be that they put some water fountains in!

Sorry.....It's in Durham. It starts right by the Bulls stadium. It's part of the rails to trails project that is going from Maine to Florida. Someday we'll be able to run to Key West.....

ever happens (project finished) but I think I'd rather run north than south... something about the heat...
I ran around Lake Pine today. That was nice. It's a pretty 2 mile trail... unfortunately someone had been messy in the porta-potty.
That always makes me mad... people need to be more considerate!
But this weather's been really nice lately! I'm lovin' it!!!
