What happened to that hill comparison between Iroquois and Monkey?

I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.

So the topic may be true, but this ain't too shabby...

2011 Goals: Don't set too many goals, stay healthy, race lots, 2 sub 4 marathons (Derby Fest 3:54:43 and Monkey fail- 4:16:21)

I think 8 loops around Rundill Rd is about the best you can do in Louisville.  (26.4 miles)

Going for Uphill/Tophill Rd gives you elevation change, but the inclines are much more gradual that around the base.

That's my typical 18 or 21 miler (from my house in the highlands to Iroquois, and around the loop either once or twice)

+ & - 4300 feet is not too shabby, however. That was 6 times around the cherokee loop...
