 And bdub, you could always qualify for NY and not register in protest, just as you did for Boston 2008.

$100??! It's like $15 to register for the lottery...not cheap, but not 100....I'm in....

bdub, you can't hold a non-participation protest if they weren't going to let you in in the first place.

You're complicating this and forcing me to change what my definition of a successful Boston boycott is.  

I'm invoking the Apple boycott as above for NY.  He could 2:55 in 2010 but chooses to thumb his nose at NY.  I could have BQ'ed in time to register for Boston but I'm not a part of its system so I'll do what pleases me.  

Running 26.2 circles pleases me because my outdoor training runs are merely variations on a one mile loop.
