    I just got this book from my local library and I am finding it to be very interesting. I also think it will help me minimize the knee issues that sidelined me and get me running again! Give it a look

    He has a number of similar videos that cover a wide range of ways to get and stay fit. Running and nothing else is not the greatest solution.
