It might have been a little warm, but it was still a nice day for a run.  Congrats to Sarah, kicking butt on the rest of us slackers. 

These guys found out you can have beer even if you don't run.  They didn't run.

Likewise for the brains of the operation.

It was nice and sunny.  Maybe a little too sunny.

At least I got this one, Sarah's a HAPPY runner.  And well she should be.  I'm happy too, one of the beers Jess is holding is for ME.
