    K....I'm back to a swim focus.

     

    My goal is by May to be able to swim a 1:35/100 pace in a 500 yd TT

     

    Today

     

    500 yd warm up

    200 side drills

    150 pull bouy

    100 catch - up

    4 x 100 on 30 sec rest

    200 mixed

    2 x 100 on 20 sec rest

    100 cool down

      I don't remember what I did wed but it was long sets.

       

      Today was

       

      300 yd w/u (frontcrawl)

      500 yds of drills

      Side balance, Archer, Catch up, triple switch

      3 sets of 4 x 50

      200 yds w/paddles and pull bouy

      200 cd

       

      Next week I will start a program that has me in the pool 3x/week with 3 distict sessions....
