Where are all you BPs and what have you been doing? (Read 210 times)

Bif! Bam! Pow!
good luck Teresa!

Hilly ass 10K tomorrow. 3 up 3 down. Profile looks like a kids drawing of a mountain. If I dont negative split that one it means I broke something. Good warmup for HTC in which I somehow ended up with some serious hills on my legs.

I failed the 12 minute run in 11th grade...

You did great, Ennay! How did you celebrate? Making supper for the kids? Wink

I ran 7.1 miles today in 1:24:26 (slow on purpose), and it felt pretty good! No ankle pain at all. Tomorrow I will try 3 miles, for my first two-day-in-a-row attempt since my injury. This every other day stuff is for the birds! Not for beautiful people!

OH better than that, I am making supper for company too! But I made dh go shopping

Shit letting my bread burn - NOPE I could smell the bread smelling like bread and in the back of my head realized I had heard the timer ding awhile ago, but I went down and there was 15 seconds left, it was just the 2 minute warning on the stove. I've gotten to the point I dont need the timer, I can bake by aroma Smile

Guten Tag from Deutchland fellow Beauts! What is everyone been up to? The weather in Germany for the hottest month is 71 degrees, and all I have are t-shirts. Undecided

hmm at 71 I don't think I'd need anything less than t-shirts... I love that weather. We are in the 80's here in PA.

70s would be perfect except it's always raining here. After spending a collective 6 weeks in Germany, I saw the sun perhaps a total of 7 days. In fact, when I first arrived on April 7th, it snowed. RIP Vitamin D.

Wanted to drop in and say hi because I've not been around and miss you guys. I read now and then but it was a crazy summer, and record number of miles for me keeping me out of the forums.

Ennay, that bread sounds good. We're just 6.5 weeks away from marathon. How's the training? I'm starting to panic about what to wear, I had decided, but decided it made me look fat. Oh I swore I'd never do it, but I might go try on one of those running skirts.

Teresa, how's the ankle?

Jeff, & Scott, hello I am the designated dizzie blond in BPC.

Marcus, hi good friend. How's the knee?

Blaine, sure you're running amazing as always. I might have to find that link to the trail running. I live in the country and turns out there is a shortcut to a city park with amazing trails just easy 1.5 mile from my house.

Shan, Anything exciting news to share? Clowning around

I recommend starting with these two:

http://news.runtowin.com/2007/10/01/trail-running-deserves-more-attention-from-road-runners.html

3 days and a few hours to my goal race for the season. Well, the first one, and hopefully the only one. Smile

Now that school is going to be starting back up, you gonna be around in here more often?
