what are folks' favorite drinks or eats to replenish? i am looking to try some new things. been using nuun, gatorade, coconut water and whatever nut based bar i can get.

I generaly do without.
Pretzels, wheat thins, potato chips, maybe salted potatoes.
On Hot days, I may use Scaps, but usually salty food is adequate.

I'm pretty random these days. No particular focus on electrolytes but when someone at an aid station asks me if I want some s-caps, etc. I'll pop a few if something is not feeling great as a precaution. No specific outcomes recorded as a result of my random salt escapades but definitely no negatives except when I don't drink after popping salt tabs. How's that for non-scientific?
