How does one pronounces "Fejes"?

 It's looks like a Hungarian name, so if his family hasn't Americanized the pronunciation it would be roughly:

FAY - esh (first syllable rhymes with the word for dried grass) 

So Fejes and Somers are Hungarian.  Cool.

Huh.  I didn't get that, but when I looked it up you are right.  (This is coming from a chick with a Hungarian last name).

 I'm not Hungarian, but I speak a bit of the language and am working on a linguistics PhD, so tend to recognize things like that.
