That is a lot of trail running. For some reason I got the impression that leadville wasn't super technical. Although, I do get the impression that DB may like to be over prepared!

I fall more on smooth trail than on technical trail. I suppose it is because I pay more attention on tech trail...

Attention deficiet
I am mainly training on the hilly technical trails because I need the hills and I love these trails - I want to be a better technical runner - I think the technical trails strengthen a lot of the stabalizer muscles.
I'm w/ Lynn... I fall more when it's easy... and I'm gawking around at other stuff... but I also have raging ADHD.
There's a Leadville trail marathon tomorrow.
