George Dayantis, Greek national holder at 50km, and our close running friend was due to run in the Boddington 50km on 26th June.

In his stead, Juliet and I (between us!) plan to run the 50km as a tribute to George's brilliant but short running career (only 3 years at ultra distance!).  The event is 6 days before we get married, and so this will be instead of either a hen or stag event. (btw - if anyone wants to support us by buggying our 7-month baby, Gabrielle, while we race, offers will be graciously considered!)
