I ran an 8K race today but put it under 5 miles since its the same. SHould we get rid of the 5 mile division and keep with the metric system?
Run like you are on fire!
5K goal 24:00 or less (PR 24:34)
10K goal 50:00 or less (PR 52:45)
HM goal 1:55:00 or less (PR 2:03:02)
Marathon Goal...Less than my PR (PR 4:33:23)

8 kilometers is 4.97 miles, and 5 miles is 8.05 kilometers.
I keep the two PRs as seperate, since they are different distances.

I was asked to add it, so I did
In the official race world they are considered 2 separate distances.
