I went to enter my An Ras Mor 5K time, but I guess I was one name off on the user dropdown. Bas is currently getting the blame for my run, any chance you can clear his good name? Blush

No worries, all set.

I have 1 more entry for March (which wqas a very quiet month - we need to recruit!)

I am running 30K on Sunday this race, the oldest road race in Nth America

my main goal is to run it at a slightly faster pace than BQ MP which I am aiming at on May 10. So I hope to run around 2:15-2:20...not much of a taper, but for 30K I should be good to go.
