Bad Ass Mother Runner
BAck from my run, I'll type some personals as quick as I can and see what I get through. Run was great, it's beautiful and sunny out, I ran 'fast' or at least as fast as my current body would go on icy paths. I'm calling it a tempo run
Rg - M has surprised us how tough she is outside in the cold. DH takes the dogs out in the yard and she goes also, and rarely complains about how cold she is. That's great that your friend has responded to the treatment so well, we have a friend who didn't survive a brain tumor but his was basically untreatable, another friend who's little niece has one and looks like she's going to pull through, thank god.
zorbs - I did a route like that w/ my SIL in NH as my first 8k postpardum and almost died..
ernie - that's a speed HM pace you have
k O is unhappy. bbl

NRR: we ended up going to Target. Of course two minutes after we leave, "Mama, I have to go potty." I brought her potty so we pulled over. It was pouring down rain so I set her up in the back of the car. Thank god I have the SUV bc there's no way that would have happened in our sedan. Other than that no accidents.
Ernie: here's a link to the book http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/0859533301/ref=mp_s_a_1?qid=1359059391&sr=8-1&pi=SL75

Jen - M tried to hug a random kid at her music class this morning, toddlers are so cute! Yep I'm with the others, a gc or something would be appropriate, how great that you'll get some nice pics of J!
bermy - I'd hate speedwork w/ the stroller also! booo on the teething! We are going through it w/ O also and it just sucks. You know that as soon as you pick a pace group, that'll automatically be the one with the best looking people in it Go for the 4 hrs... go big or go home is what I say
cx2 - I love those long nap days, it's just hard to predict which ones are going to be long! I hope your dr can give you answers on why you are so sick
eh - hope you got your run in! This is the cookie recipe - they are amazing with the sea salt sprinkled on http://tastefoodblog.com/2013/01/01/almond-butter-chocolate-chip-cookies-with-sea-salt-recipe/
mer - nice job on the run! You should have select runs w/ fast miles, but it's also good to have easy runs. Sorry for the rough day yesterday, I hope today is better.
jm - nice job on the PT'ing! Good thought to bring the potty!
mzm - lol on NKOTB! They were here last year and RP went. I remember having pics of them on my locker in high school, lol.
becky - I was watching Breaking Bad on the TM last week and actually ducked a bullet, lol, a little into the show Sorry for the drama, blech. Tell them all to grow up.
arm - M likes sushi also, but she likes everything except typical kids food like pizza. Wow, yeah we can't leave our kids in the gym daycare if we leave the building.
spike - nice job on the tempo with the stroller! Loved the Lion blanket, R looks pretty cute with it!
shel - hope the long day went well! School can be super exhausting!
rocky - wow, on the productive day yesterday! weird on the 'fall' dessert thing...
