Bermy- yes, that is jersey, might also go by "lightweight knit". You can find that at stores like Joann's, Hancock fabric, hobby lobby- probably won't find it at a quilt store- they usually just do wovens. Have you ever seen Minky or UltraCuddle fabrics? So soft, Reid is obsessed with his minky blankets and clothes. I have some light blue and light green Minky in my stash that I might edge that project with if I have enough.

Ok, finally back for some personals.

RG:  Oh man, I hope you get a nap.  I am exhausted but unless I crawl under my desk - no nap time is in store.

Zorbs:  LOL, I don't think he is the most horrible.  We call that the quick butt cheese rinse at our house.

Shelby:  Awe!  C would always push the buttons and hang up on DH if I let him hold the phone.

Jen:  Awe, poor little man.  Glad the observation is over, I don't think I could handle someone watching me while I worked.

Mer:  Hooray for being content.  I love toms.  Your pizza sounds delish.

Bermy:  Wow, that is alot going on.  You are a busy beaver!  I love revenge, don't worry I won't spoil it Smile

Arm:  LOL, my DH won't even walk into lulu with me....he usually waits outside.  Ugh on the horrible flight.  I've only been on an airplane twice in my life.  I'd rather drive any day.

MrsZM:  Boo on the run. Have fun at the eyedoctor, my least favorite place to be other than the dentist.

Ok, delivery guy is here....gotta sign for some crap.

Zorbs - Thanks for the recipe - sounds easy and delicious! I will have to get some roasted red peppers next time I'm at the grocery store and whip that up.

Spike - 12-hour rotating shifts plus a long commute would definitely make for a crazy schedule. Plus, doesn't he do firefighting stuff, too? S was never great in the stroller but used to tolerate it for an hour and would be content even longer when I ran with RP and she could listen to us talking. Since she has become mobile, though, she is not having it. Snacks, toys, singing, music, frequent stops, time of day, doesn't matter - her meltdown time had gone from one hour to 25 minutes over the past 2 weeks. And once the meltdown hits, it's screaming bloody murder, kicking and hitting the stroller and throwing things out of it until I give up and end the run. Boo.

The delay this morning was because it MAY turn into a wintry mix...nope, pretty much just really cold rain.

CA:  Hooray for a du.  I've always wanted to try one but don't want to spend the $ on a decent bike.

Bermy:  Ha!  I am eating ramen noodles as I type.  I need to eat better....Oh and the neighbor thing.  We moved a TON growing up.  Our neighbors always brought over a treat for us to introduce themselves.....I would just bake up something and take it over!

Ernie:  Yep, even though he leaves for work at 5 a.m.  I said maybe you will think twice about doing it again!  Korean spinach sounds wonderful, I need to try that.

Spike:  Good luck with the appraisal!

Ernie- yes DH is a captain on our volunteer fire dept and the rotating shifts can be stressful. On days that he works, DH only gets to see R for 10-15 minutes before its one of their bedtimes. Sorry S is being a butt about being in the stroller. Is it possible the sun is in her eyes? R flips out when he gets the sun on his face so I keep a lightweight Aiden+Anais blanket in the stroller that I drape as an extra sunshade to cover the spots the stroller sunshade can't block.

OMG- I had a total psycho call my office and go on some diatribe about how he applied for a job at McDonald's and they called the cops on him and had him escorted off the property. The call originated from a shady motel and this guy was demanding that I shred his extra resumes for him since not even McDonald's would hire him. I suggested that he drop them in the shred bin at the bank and he wanted someone to shred it in front of him lest someone steal his information. I told him I couldn't help him and he started going off on me so I hung up on him. Then he called our other branch in town and did the same thing!

RR: DH came home and told me to run stroller-less. I did 9m in 1hour16mins. I warmed up two and then kept it around 8min/mile. I looked down at one point and it read 6:59min/miles. I thought bermy, reign that horse back in. I found 8.10-8.25 range super comfy and more like 8.45 on hills for that distance.

Bermy- that's awesome! Good job!  I've noticed that pushing a stroller adds about 30s/mile to my pace.
