Tuesday was a great 35 minute run at the track. After going home and cleaning up I ate one of my delicious stuffed peppers accompanied by a salad. Yum!

Today will be a track run. Running and my friends are keeping me together right now. The grieving thing is hard at times. My brain feels so scattered. Being at work helps though. There is comfort in schedule and structure.
