Hi Ladies!

4.5 TM miles for me.  We managed to miss most of the snow storm yesterday, though it's bitterly cold.   Oh well, can't have it all, I guess lol

Judy - nice that work was delayed a bit..too bad it wasn't closed

Marjorie - glad the dentist went well.  I'm like you, I take good care of my teeth and have had few problems.

Lisa - so glad your daughter got here before the mess!

Tessa - nice 4 this morning...I can't wait to resume morning outdoor runs

Karen - hope you had a good rest day.  I miss going to the chiro, I used to go every two weeks years ago, when my insurance paid for it.  Hope you get some relief!
