Notes:WOOT! I'm back !!! My back only had a slight knot in it this morning ( the running, the chair exercise, and the naproxen helped to get it back in line). My normal pacing felt great. Back was a little tight at the end but that went away after about 30 minutes, now things feel good. Long Run Tomorrow......Glad that back issue happened on a cutback week.
