I run to relieve stress, get outdoors, and take control of my health. |
Why I started running:
I woke up one day and realized that I was on my own. No one else was checking up on me, forcing me to eat or be healthy, and that I was in control of my own future. I chose running because it was at my doorstep -- All I had to do was step outside, and I was on track. |
