    Notes:Right knee a bit hinky...never found "my groove." Last 3 miles were on fumes...didn't hit a wall, but I felt like I was running through wet concrete. Last week's 17 was MUCH more comfortable than today's 18. Temps a bit higher, though...I'm certain that's a factor. Feet felt really stiff, sore, tired...probably still adapting to the Superfeet, though I don't recall that discomfort on last week's long run. Huh.

    Sat in COLD water bath for maybe 10 minutes after run...hurt so good.
