Why do I run: Running is a great exercise in self-reflection. I've found that I love the feel of wind as it rushes past me—I can thank the cyclist in me for that—and nothing feels better than pushing myself past my personal doubts to achieve a goal. There's not score board; no time-outs; and definitely no substitutions. Just run. |
Why I started running: Like a lot of runners I started to lose weight. I was quite successful and then, somehow, I lost the battle and just stopped. Well, it's high time I get back on the road and that's what I am doing! |
