About me:
I ran during collage for crew and did my first marathon (NYC) two years out of collage in 1994. It was about 13 years before picking up running again. I have done 3 half marathons, 3 half Ironmans, and 4 marathons in the past three years. 2009 was the first year I kept my fitness through out the whole year. My goals for 2010 are to run a sub 4hr and run at least 1500 miles. |
