    Notes:First time in new trail shoes. I got a blister the size of a nickel on my right heel, so I turned back after 4 miles and took the shortest route to the car. I also tweaked my left ankle twice.

    Overall, I just felt fatigued from the moment I took off today, so I probably should have tried an easier course like the trails in Shelby Bottoms. :-(
