| Notes: | So this is W1D1 of the 100 Pushup Program. According to my initial test I was supposed to undertake the workout in the hardest column. Yeah right. So the plan for today was 10-10-8-6-MAX(7) with 60 second rests.
I managed 10-10-8-2 and then my arms gave out. That was a lot tougher than it looked on paper. Maybe I started too early since I just did the test last night, maybe I need to back off from the hard column to the middle column for the rest of the program. I'll call this good for now and give the next workout a go on the hard column and then decide. |
