| Notes: | Good recovery run. Ran 99% of it at 140 (70% of max) - had a few spots on hills where it would briefly spike until I slowed it down to bring down the HR.
First 4 miles are a good indication that the quitting smoking is finally showing up in the HR numbers.
Splits were: 9:21, 9:18, 9:39, 9:43. Miles 2 and 3 are mostly uphill, too.
Pace degraded in the second half: 10:18, 10:15, 9:59, 10:19. |
