| Notes: | A good recovery run. I had to walk a couple of the small uphills to keep my HR down and still ended up above 150 a couple of times. Still ended up averaging 140 (70%) which is my goal on recovery runs.
I was semi-planning to do 3-4 miles of hills afterwards - but my legs protested and complained that they just did a tempo run last night and its too fucking hot today. So I listened to them and stayed on the shady trail. |
