This is the best tempo workout I've had in a while. Based on feel, I could have gone at least another 2 miles, but I was only planning on 2x2 miles and it was getting late. Based on HR - I could step up the pace on these also. Next week, I will try just running 4 miles straight up at 8:20 or faster and see how that feels. |
