| Notes: | Dude! Even though it wasn't that hot out - it was fucking hot out. Big difference between night running and in direct sun.
This started out to be a long progression run - but it just wasn't meant to be - so I just eased up and finished it. Couple things conspired against me I think were: I've been logging a ton of miles and my legs are Tired - yes with a capital T and also - I've been running about a 4,000 to 6,000 per week calorie deficit for the four or five weeks and that combined with more mileage then I'm used to and I ran out of gas. Not a bonk - but definitely ran out of gas. Total mileage was actually about 19 and change - but the last mile was mostly walking - so I deleted it.
On the plus side, I ran into John from Cub Scouts at a red light about 3 miles into the run. Turns out neither of knew the other run and our marathon PRs are within a minute of each other. Cue the twilight zone music. And he's running White Rock. Sweet.
Lots and lots of scenery on the trail today. Even sweeter.
