Notes:Great 18 mile long run this morning! I am very pleased with this run. Got up about 4:45 and out the door by 5:15 after half a whole wheat bagel and water and Gatorade. The run was pretty un-eventful which is good when going out for that long. Had tunes on the mp3 until radio actually got good about 7:00.

Nothing much else to say except I planned a bit better and got home in time to get ready for church without rushing too much.
