Of course Payton and I waited till afternoon to go run 3 miles...... and then it decided to go and rain! As if the 38 degrees wasn't cold enough already - we needed to add a cold rain to it.
My hamstring felt good today, I think the few days off and short couple of runs this past week paid off. now to start building the miles again.
