Notes:First 20 miler ever on these old legs. Felt good but the last 10k was chuck full of pretty sizable hills which may not have been the best planning. The weather said 40% chance of rain for the first 2 hours and 65% for the last hour but I never felt a drop, although the 99% humidity made me completely drenched. I did do a pretty good job of fueling and hydrating so I didn't have any trouble. Faster pace than my 16 & 18 milers.

This run took my legs to complete exhaustion for the first time in a long time and I felt it immediately upon getting home.
