Notes
As I said on Twitter: "Just finished an invigorating and lung busting 4.4 mile rainy cold hilly run"
OK - so the grammar wasn't great but it explained it pretty well.
It was a tough run, but felt great..... when it was done. :)
In the 4th mile I headed up a 2 mile long hill (just a tad bit of exaggeration) and since I had put forth the extra effort early I nearly died. I had two walk a few steps a couple times.... that is why that mile came in so slow compared to the rest of them.
