| Notes: | Really cold 3.1 mile run - especially for it being 5 in the afternoon. It was also tough to watch for and avoid all the icy spots in the road and sidewalks.
My daughter, Payton, and I went out for a run as soon as I got home from work so we could get out and back before the daylight was gone. It snowed here in GA last night and never got above freezing today. It is currently 23 and really windy (wind chill of 9) |
