All I can say is wow! That was awesome!
I started the morning by drinking a cup of coffee, half a piece of wheat bread, half a banana, and about 1/4 cup of granola. I didn't stretch before race but walked a lot and took a little warm up run of about .25 - .5 miile. I walked a lot afterwards and stretched afterwards.
