Notes
It was a slow run that never got any faster. I went out for a run with my two daughters, the one just recently started running (Ashlee) and this was only the second time she had gone 2.5 miles. We ran that first 2.5 miles at her pace and then dropped her off at home. My other daughter (Payton) kept going for another 1.6 miles to round out a 4.1 mile run. It was so cold and since we were already pacing it pretty slow it was hard to speed it up on the hills we ran in that last 1.6.
All in all a good run..... just not fast.... but that is OK too!
