Notes:Good cold 4 miler in 34 degree weather. It is starting to get colder and the motivation to get out the door a little harder to come by. Once I get a couple colder runs in it will get easier. I need to trust my clothing and the body heat that will come within the first mile. It was gorgeous out there this morning, really foggy and a full moon.
