Notes:Wanted to go 3 miles but woke to server issues at work that I had to remote in and fix first. 2 miles is all that time would allow so 2 miles it was. The hamstring felt good, but still not 100%. The return mile was directly into the 17 mph winds in the 36 degree weather - brrrr!
